Accounting is a key function within any organization. Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.

As Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also drive continuous improvement in our reporting processes, collaborating with the finance team to achieve this goal.

You will assist in the design and development of financial models and dashboards, keeping abreast of taxation changes and accounting standards. A high degree of organization, discipline, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax obligations.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to meet compliance and reporting deadlines.
  • Driving continuous improvement in reporting processes.
  • Collaborating with the finance team for month-end and year-end close processes.
What We Are Looking For
  • A graduate degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and tax compliance.
  • Hands-on experience using Xero and MS Excel.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Prior experience in an Australian or UK-based company is highly preferred.
