About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to take the reins of our global IT infrastructure and facilities operations. As the Global Head of IT & Facilities , you'll be the backbone of our technology and workplace ecosystem - ensuring our systems are secure, our teams are supported, and our spaces run like clockwork.
This role blends technical mastery , people leadership , and operational excellence . You'll guide a distributed IT team, manage high-availability infrastructure, oversee cybersecurity strategies, and ensure our offices worldwide remain compliant, efficient, and safe.

What You'll Do
IT Strategy & Leadership
  • Lead the planning, delivery, and optimization of our global IT infrastructure.
  • Mentor and manage a distributed IT team, driving collaboration and performance.
  • Oversee enterprise systems including Windows Server, Active Directory, VPN, DNS, and RDS.
  • Establish KPIs for system performance, availability, and security.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance are rock solid.
  • Manage IT assets globally with precision and accountability.

Facilities Management

  • Oversee global office maintenance, utilities, and equipment upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response procedures.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with senior leaders and department heads to align IT and facilities strategy with business goals.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical teams.
  • Deliver high-quality technical documentation and training for staff.

Problem Solving & Innovation

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with speed and accuracy.
  • Anticipate risks, implement proactive solutions, and stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years in IT leadership, facilities management, or similar role (MSP experience is a plus).
  • Proven success managing networks, servers, security protocols, and IT operations across multiple sites.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with workplace facilities management and safety compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to bridge technical and business conversations.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4, CCNA, Microsoft 365 Administration, or Cybersecurity Fundamentals (preferred).

  • Backup & Recovery: Datto BCDR, Datto SaaS

Set-up and Location: Onsite | Ortigas, Pasig
Work Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila time
