Job Title: Facility Team Manager

The primary function of this position is to oversee technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites. This involves a thorough assessment of facility infrastructure, equipment, and operational readiness.

  • This role requires extensive travel across the country as part of nationwide project assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee technical surveys of facilities across designated sites, ensuring accurate assessment of infrastructure, utilities, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction and assigning tasks for timely data collection.
  • Analyze survey results and develop detailed reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.
  • Presentation of findings to stakeholders and support for design review discussions ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and tracking of facility conditions facilitate identification of risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Knowledge transfer and guidance are provided to survey team members to ensure adherence to established standards and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED) is an advantage.
  • 8+ years of experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations, including hands-on expertise in analyzing facility systems and recommending corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure, including unique requirements of port facilities, coastal surveillance sites, and related operational environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense facility standards, including design, sustainment planning, and compliance with reporting requirements such as CDRL A015.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with ability to oversee multiple concurrent surveys and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex technical data and develop practical recommendations.
