This role is ideal for those who excel at translating business goals and user insights into design strategies that balance usability and aesthetics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable design systems for consistent application across product and marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with teams to align on requirements and deliverables.
  • Plan and run usability tests, A/B tests, and design validation sessions, turning results into actionable improvements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Lead design across multiple projects, ensuring cohesive visual identity and branding.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS desktop/web design.
  • Exceptional UX skills with strong UI craft.
  • Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
  • Understanding of UX best practices, including mobile-first design and accessibility.
  • Portfolio showcasing work in logo/design is highly preferred.
