Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Interactions Expert to join our team. As an expert in instructional design and development, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop interactive learning materials using e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
  • Create static and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Develop instructional media that aligns with the levels of e-learning development/interaction, Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning Domains, the ADDIE model of instructional design, Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction, and Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia Learning.
  • Familiarity with computer programming is a plus, but not required.
