Job Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for accurately processing documents, managing office records, and providing exceptional support to our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and maintain accounting or construction-related documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with office staff to assist with various tasks and projects.
  • Ensure all office documents are filed, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Promptly and accurately pay subcontractors to maintain positive relationships.
  • Review invoices for completeness and approval before payment processing.
  • Enter invoices in a timely manner using your expertise in data entry.
  • Process purchase order invoices and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage records effectively to optimize office operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist with a proven track record of high-quality work completion.
  • Proficiency in basic data entry skills using the E360 platform.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.
  • Accurate computation and verification of data skills to ensure error-free work.
  • Strong computer and business solutions software skills to adapt to new systems.
  • Report preparation skills to provide valuable insights.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clerical or administrative studies preferred but not required.
