Project Manager Role

About the Opportunity

Join a forward-thinking organization as a Project Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing artwork development processes, and maintaining accurate project data to ensure timely delivery with minimal risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and tracking project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate end-to-end artwork management, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery to meet production schedules.
  • Report on and coordinate packaging transitions and associated liabilities to ensure zero financial impact.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams by coordinating cross-functional activities to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Own accuracy and maintenance of critical project data, including timelines, project documents, and the artwork process.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate product life cycle master data setup and updates, manage change control processes, and support delisting activities in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency and support best practices in project coordination.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years' experience in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities.
  • Project coordination or project support experience in consumer packaged goods or food manufacturing environments is required.
  • College diploma/bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Artwork management and packaging development experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems is an asset.

This is a 1-year independent contractor position with the possibility of extension. Please note that it does not include traditional employment benefits.
