Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving informed business decisions, optimizing financial operations, and unlocking insights across revenue-generating initiatives.

As a detail-oriented Financial Analyst/Assistant, you will build, maintain, and improve dynamic financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Excel and Google Sheets.

Key responsibilities include tracking and analyzing key financial metrics, providing weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders, forecasting revenue and expenses, supporting budget planning, and identifying areas for automation and optimization within current financial workflows.

Additionally, you will contribute to the month-end close process, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting support. You will also participate in ad hoc accounting and finance projects, such as audits, process reviews, and data analysis.

Finally, you will help identify and implement improvements to streamline day-to-day finance and accounts workflows, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with data entry, invoice tracking, and payment processing.
