Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and be able to bridge day-to-day financial operations with business unit collaboration.

The successful candidate will play a key support role within the finance team, working closely with designated business units to provide financial insights and assist in aligning financial targets with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Invoices: Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately.
  • Invoice Approval: Ensure all invoices are approved in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Vendor Liaison: Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payments made by executives against company records.
  • Payment Discrepancies: Ensure all payments are correctly accounted for and discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
  • Payment Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.
Administrative Functions:
  • Financial Records: Assist in maintaining financial and administrative records.
  • Financial Controls: Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Business Unit Collaboration:
  • Primary Finance Contact: Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units.
  • Financial Insights: Provide financial insights and support to business unit managers to aid in decision-making.
  • Alignment: Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets.
