Recruiting Operations Specialist

   We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Operations Specialist to support our fast-growing recruitment team. This is a full-time contract role ideal for someone with experience in recruiting, operations, or HR who can work alongside senior recruiters to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

   As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts. You will respond to candidate inquiries, communicate professionally and empathetically, and coordinate email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach.

   You will also monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track. Additionally, you will provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help us improve efficiency.

   Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops, excellent written English skills, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. If you are comfortable working during US business hours (EST), have a strong interest in recruiting and operations, and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

   Key Responsibilities:

   Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops.

  • A proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working during US business hours (EST).
