Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an individual with hands-on experience in short-term rental property management to prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators such as revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and reporting skills, with proven ability in listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution.
  • Responsibilities also include managing suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on both platforms, resolving listing errors, and ensuring all listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Able to design and update floorplans, maps, and marketing creatives, the successful candidate will provide ad hoc support to our team including policy, price, and payment changes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of hands-on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com is required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven ability in listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution.
  • A comfort level with managing escalations, suspensions, and appeals is also necessary.
  • Experience in short-term rental property management is a must.
