As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in elevating our brand's visibility across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Create engaging social media content using Canva templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Schedule and manage posts on HubSpot to maximize engagement and brand awareness.
  • Conduct monthly reporting and provide actionable insights for optimization of social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team on job content and testimonials.
  • Implement a digital marketing content strategy across various channels.
  • Optimize email campaigns to improve deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates.
  • Update website copy for SEO and support with job ads and functionality.
  • Assist in developing blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other content to attract and retain clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software.
  • Interest in medical, healthcare, and/or recruitment sectors.
  • Proficient in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, project manage, and create compelling copy.
