**Job Title:** Online Marketplace & E‑Commerce Listings Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and expand product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings (100+ items) across various sales channels.
  • Adapt product descriptions to meet marketplace restrictions using strategic wording.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory across all sales channels.
  • Research and recommend cross-posting automation tools to streamline workflows.
  • Brainstorm and execute strategies to target niche buyers such as home decorators and auction platforms.
  • Prepare and format auction submissions for LiveAuctioneers including organizing product details in required spreadsheet format numbering and naming photos per LiveAuctioneers' specifications pulling and preparing images from Dropbox for upload.
  • Coordinate with the business owner for approvals and updates.
  • Monitor listing performance and provide regular reports.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce listings or online marketplace management.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor descriptions for different platforms.
  • Familiarity with Shopify Amazon Etsy eBay 1stDibs Facebook Marketplace and AptDeco.
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices.
  • Basic image editing skills preferred.
  • Self-motivated organized and able to work independently.
  • Experience creating auction listings.
  • Proficiency with platforms like LiveAuctioneers is required.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience using platforms like Chairish and Ruby Kane is a plus.
