The Project Manager is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional responsible for overseeing key operational tasks, including procurement and administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring bid documents are prepared accurately and proposals reviewed thoroughly.
- Source and negotiate supplier contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality.
- E nsure compliance with procurement policies and regulations at all times.
- Oversee invoice preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Monitor payments, reconcile financial records, and coordinate with stakeholders for billing-related issues.
- Maintain adherence to financial policies and industry regulations.
- Draft and edit reports, proposals, and other key business documents with precision and clarity.
- Review and proofread materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain a professional tone across all written communication.
- Coordinate day-to-day project management activities, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support administrative functions to enhance workflow efficiency.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, procurement, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba, Excel, or relevant project management software.
- Communication Skills: Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage financial processes.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
