This role ensures a seamless and engaging employee onboarding experience, from pre-employment requirements to initial employment. As an Employee Onboarding Professional, you will coordinate the development and execution of a unified global strategy for new hires. This position plays a vital role in ensuring all employees receive a consistent, informative, and engaging onboarding experience tailored to regional nuances.

Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive global onboarding strategy aligned with business objectives and values, collaborating with regional teams to customize the onboarding process, and ensuring clear communication to new hires before their start date. Additionally, this role involves administering reporting systems, designing digital orientation materials, and conducting weekly global induction sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive global onboarding strategy aligned with business objectives and values

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employee onboarding and new hire experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing onboarding strategies within a global organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and cultures
  • Able to work across time zones and travel occasionally as needed
