
Global Employee Onboarding and Solutions Analyst

Join the Global Employee Onboarding and Solutions Team (GEOS) for an opportunity to lead, innovate and ensure seamless onboarding and support for Commercial & Investment Bank. The GEOS Specialist is responsible for managing processes and controls related to employee movement, technology and line of business application access. The team addresses system access issues and provides support to CIB employees, collaborating closely with business managers, senior management, and various support groups including Business Management, HR, Real Estate, Compliance, and Technology.
Responsibilities- Manage and seamlessly execute end-to-end white-glove onboarding to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Provision technology hardware, applications and market data.
- Perform a broad range of operational and control functions such as maintenance of floor plans, recertification of system entitlements and access, execution of real estate moves, management of technology asset capture, and general white-glove troubleshooting support for the business.
- Process off boarding, transfers and relocations.
- Work closely with senior leadership to facilitate a wide range of projects and daily work as required.
- Address performance issues with Manager-Associates and maintain a strong control/compliance environment to mitigate risk.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Client service mindset with leadership, coaching, mentoring and partnership skills.
- Effective interpersonal, communication and influence skills across organizational levels; able to work under pressure.
- Excellent judgment, professionalism and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Proactive with ability to manage competing priorities and ensure task closure.
- Adherence to the firm's values and code of conduct; focus on controls and risk mitigation.
- Project management skills to lead initiatives or support the broader team.
- Change management mindset with a drive to enhance processes.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Innovative mindset and adaptability to change.
