We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Technical Solutions Specialist to join our support team. As a Customer Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers on our integration products.

You will work closely with our integration product/engineering team, technical support team, international counterparts (US), and sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical issues.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex cases to Level 2 or 3 support when necessary, and maintaining accurate incident records and interactions using Zendesk, Jira, or other support tools as required.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of APIs, routing, and reporting, as well as experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms like Zoho, Dynamics, Hubspot, and Salesforce, ERP platforms like Netsuite, and Ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce and Shopify.
