Business Intelligence Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end business solutions that drive growth and profitability.

Your primary focus will be on implementing and managing multiple SaaS projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement multiple SaaS projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Educate and guide customers on successful implementation strategies
  • Oversee the lifecycle of projects from requirements gathering to deployment, configuration, testing, and training
  • Gather and document customer functional and technical requirements
  • Configure software based on gathered requirements
  • Create design alternatives, produce work estimates, recommendations, and secure agreement on designs that satisfy customer requirements and reflect industry best practices
  • Test configurations and designs to ensure minimum rework and UAT issues for customers
  • Deliver administrator, train-the-trainer, and end-user training sessions, updating training materials as required
  • Transition customers to Support and Customer Success teams following implementation
  • Provide Product Management team with market feedback
  • Control and communicate project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to customers and management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in delivering enterprise off-the-shelf software
  • Experience with Visio and MS Office
  • Ability to manage ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Self-starter who can take charge of tasks with minimal direction
