Project Manager - Global Initiative

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of complex, large-scale global projects. You will oversee diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development and effectively facilitate meetings to develop detail-oriented project plans and deliverables.

You will work on managing direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry with familiarity with call center financials. You will also be responsible for leading and managing client-facing senior and executive level management communications and formal presentation delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex, large-scale global projects
  • Lead diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development
  • Facilitate meetings to develop project plans and deliverables
  • Manage direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry
  • Communicate with clients at senior and executive levels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP)
  • Experience with project management software, spreadsheet applications, and flowcharting tools
