The IT Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and completion of company projects, collaborating with senior managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about project management, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Other responsibilities will include

Assist in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure expectations are met

Prepare and distribute project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and updates

Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related technical field5+ years of project management experience, leading IT delivery teams across time zones, with expertise in stakeholder and client relationship management

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Project, etc.)Proven experience with methodological, technical, and operational frameworks in modern and agile projects

Willing and able to learn new technology concepts masterfully and efficiently

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable with customers, and adept at understanding their needs
