Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate initiatives to enhance employee productivity, including training programs and performance evaluations.
  • Develop transparent systems for task management, such as employment contracts and attendance reports.
  • Collaborate with IT to create customized record-keeping systems that streamline data storage and accessibility.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing procedures and identify profitability opportunities.
  • Monitor schedule adherence, service levels, and relevant metrics, forecasting voice and non-voice volume and measuring campaign performance.
  • Work with stakeholders and clients to resolve staffing and scheduling concerns.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing teams.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, with a drive to optimize processes.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and computer software, with working knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive people-first leadership style.
