Workforce Optimization Specialist

We are dedicated to shaping the future of workforce management for companies worldwide, providing a comprehensive solution for operational efficiency and talent optimization.

About this Role:

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless talent matching, efficient communication, and maximized productivity across multiple departments. This involves streamlining workforce planning using forecast models to ensure optimal staffing levels, monitoring absenteeism and attrition on a daily basis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies using data-driven insights to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  2. Monitor and manage absenteeism and attrition rates to minimize their impact on business operations.
  3. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to ensure effective talent matching and onboarding processes.
  4. Utilize advanced tools and technologies to optimize workforce utilization and match idle talent with active opportunities.
  5. Manage offboarding processes to ensure timely removal of access and tools for exiting employees.
  6. Track account churn and work with leadership to secure timely replacements and minimize revenue loss.
  7. Maintain accurate organizational charts and reporting lines in a centralized database.
  8. Provide regular workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs with cross-functional teams.

Deliverables:

  1. Active employee count (by job level).
  2. Absenteeism and attrition rates.
  3. Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
  4. Ad-hoc WFM reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workforce management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
