About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Advertising Specialist to lead our social media advertising efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data-driven decisions and has a passion for performance marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and others
  • Develop and test audiences, creative variations, and placements to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor and report on key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS), and continuously optimize based on insights
  • Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to create compelling ad creatives
  • Stay informed about platform updates and evolving best practices in paid social advertising
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other social ad platforms
  • Strong understanding of paid social KPIs and media buying strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new technologies and tools
