Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced inventory management specialist to join our team. As a rapidly growing e-commerce company, we need someone who can help us optimize our inventory levels and stay ahead of demand.

  • Product Sourcing: Source and restock products to meet demand, ensuring supply aligns with forecasting models.
  • Inventory Analytics & Forecasting: Monitor and manage inventory levels with strong analytical skills. Use tools like Helium10 to forecast demand, track sales trends, factor in seasonality, and adjust based on marketing campaigns.
  • Spreadsheet & Reporting Mastery: Build and maintain accurate spreadsheets to track inventory, identify discrepancies, and generate reports that highlight potential risks and opportunities.
  • Expiration Management: Track product expiration dates and coordinate with marketing to prioritize sales of items nearing expiration.
  • Sales Channel Impact: Anticipate and manage how new channels shift demand. Update forecasting and reordering accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in inventory management and product sourcing, particularly for Amazon FBA Private label. Proficiency in inventory forecasting tools, with specific experience using Helium10, is required. A solid understanding of sales trends, seasonality, and how to integrate those into inventory strategies is also necessary.
