Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Drafter to join our team on a remote basis. This role involves working with strong proficiency in 2D and 3D drafting using Revit and AutoCAD, as well as a solid understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate models and technical drawings for various architectural and engineering projects.
  • Work closely with project managers and team leaders to ensure that specific project requirements are met.
  • Ensure all outputs comply with relevant architectural and engineering standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional drafting experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is essential.
  • A strong knowledge of BIM principles and methodologies is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks is a significant advantage.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently are crucial.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential.
