Expert Drafting and BIM Modeling Position

We are seeking a skilled drafter and BIM modeler to join our team. As a key member of our architectural and engineering projects, you will play a vital role in delivering precise drafting and 3D modeling services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for various architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Accurately interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain and update drawing sets and BIM files throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling in a professional setting.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, SketchUp, ArchiCAD).
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, layout planning, and elevation detailing.
  • Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
