Job Title: Senior Paralegal Professional

The role of a Senior Paralegal Professional is to provide support and guidance in the preparation and management of legal documents, contracts, and case files. This includes conducting thorough research, drafting correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on legal matters, utilizing reputable sources such as Westlaw and LexisNexis, to provide informed advice and support.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of correspondence, case files, and other important documentation.
  • Collaborate with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed, facilitating communication and ensuring timely compliance with filing deadlines.
  • Support the preparation of court documents, filings, and pleadings, adhering to strict standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Familiarity with US, EU, AU, and UK legal systems and regulations, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise documents and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
