Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Key Performance Data Clerk to support our organization's administrative functions. As a Key Performance Data Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and maintaining various documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical work in reviewing and processing basic accounting or construction-related documents.
  • Work directly with the office staff to assist with multiple and varied tasks.
  • Keep all office documents filed, organized, and maintained.
  • Be responsible for accurate and timely payment of subcontractors.
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment.
  • Enter invoices in a timely and accurate manner daily.
  • Process purchase order invoices and act as a primary contact between internal and external customers to resolve issues that arise.
  • Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Data Entry Specialist.
  • Basic data entry skills, particularly on various platforms.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality work and solving complex problems.
  • Strong computer and business solutions software skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • The ability to perform accurate computations and verification of data.
  • Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications.
