Business Finance Analyst Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing business operations, identifying areas of improvement and implementing process changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
  • Conduct financial analysis on projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to implement process improvements and drive business results.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or finance analyst. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting is essential, as well as proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools. Excellent communication skills are also required.
