Job Title: Paid Search Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead high-performing campaigns for national and multi-location brands.

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns in Fluency to drive business growth and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Deliver data-driven strategies that leverage advanced analytics and reporting tools to inform campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PPC insights into broader marketing strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in the related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong track record in direct-response, performance marketing with a minimum of 4 years' experience in PPC advertising.
  • Proficiency in Fluency is preferred but not required.
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical expertise to analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate campaign results.
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
