Financial Transactions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and processing payroll.

  • Audit and reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books or other similar accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
