
HR Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at our organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at our organization.
- Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considers how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
Additionally, you will assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.
Systems, Automation & Reporting responsibilities include:
- Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
- Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Report on people initiatives as required.
Employee Relations responsibilities include:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
