Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Handle correspondence, respond to emails, and make phone calls as needed
  • Assist with travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations
  • Provide administrative support, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM software and calendar management tools
