Marketing Strategy Specialist Job Description

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will drive online lead generation through innovative campaigns across various channels. You will thrive in building and experimenting with marketing strategies that expand our reach into untapped markets.


This is a hands-on role where you will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns to expand market presence. We're looking for someone who will analyze results, scale high-performing campaigns, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Launch and Management: Launch and manage lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously test new marketing channels, analyze data to refine strategies, and develop innovative growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
