Marketing Strategy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to drive our client's marketing initiatives and support our growth objectives.

This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with strong project management skills and a proven track record in digital marketing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy, managing social media channels, overseeing email marketing campaigns, optimising our website, driving SEO initiatives, and managing various marketing projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy, social media, email marketing, SEO, and project management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Creating and managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Liaising with any third-party marketing agencies.
• Social Media Management:
  • Developing and executing a robust social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
  • Creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitoring social media performance and adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Email Marketing:
  • Planning, executing, and optimising email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Segmenting and managing email lists to ensure targeted and personalised communication.
  • Analysing campaign performance and providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Website Management:
  • Overseeing the management and optimisation of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Working with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimised for SEO.
  • Regularly updating website content to reflect current marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Developing and implementing an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conducting keyword research and optimising website content for SEO.
• Monitoring and analysing SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Project Management:
  • Leading and managing various marketing projects from conception to execution with team members.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Preparing regular reports on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving marketing strategies based on data and feedback.

Salary Offer: Au$2,000 per month
