We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time and long-term role, dedicated exclusively to serving one of our clients.
All roles at our company are 100% work-from-anywhere. If this is your first time working for a U.S. company, we provide guidance and assistance to set you up as a remote professional.
About the Role- This position involves providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels.
- You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product-related questions, and assisting with sales and lead generation efforts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Providing proactive solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
- Fully fluent in English
- Skilled in the use of apps and technology
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
- No work experience is required, but previous experience will be considered
