Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and sales teams, you will be responsible for managing our HubSpot platform across marketing, sales, and reporting.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and content teams to drive growth, enhance customer journeys, and support data-driven decision making.

In this role, you will own and optimise our HubSpot platform, ensuring seamless CRM processes, executing targeted campaigns, and delivering actionable insights through robust reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Maintain our marketing website, landing pages, and blog on HubSpot CMS.
  • Digital Asset Optimisation: Develop custom templates and modules to enable scalable content creation, optimise all digital assets for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and site performance.
  • Sales CRM Configuration: Configure and manage our Sales CRM in HubSpot.
  • Email Campaigns: Design and execute email campaigns, including template creation, audience segmentation, and drip workflows.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve conversion.
  • Reporting and Insights: Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and custom reports to track key marketing and sales KPIs.

Requirements:

  • HubSpot Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub).
  • CMS Expertise: Proven ability to build and manage HubSpot CMS websites (templates, modules, SEO best practices).
  • CRM Processes: Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, workflows, and lead management.
  • Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing, automation, and segmentation strategies.
  • Reporting Skills: Ability to create insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
  • HubSpot Certifications: HubSpot certifications (CMS, Marketing, or Sales Software).
  • HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for HubSpot CMS customisation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
