Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of CRM Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in HubSpot CRM administration and be proficient in custom code, integrations, and CRM customization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated workflows and targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain clean and actionable data while using analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Regularly provide campaign and monthly reporting.
  • Optimize the CRM platform to improve efficiency, enhance user adoption, and support business goals.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in HubSpot CRM administration.
  • Proficiency in custom code, integrations, and CRM customization (workflows, dashboards, reporting).
  • Familiarity with Teams, Outlook, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to lead projects, identify process improvements, and drive CRM initiatives.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and data management skills.
