Job Description

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Business Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support, logistics coordination, and research services to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and eager to learn, thrive in a structured environment with collaboration and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support including back-office tasks, email management, and data entry.
  • Coordinate logistics including travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and supply chain management.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • College degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office setting.
  • Ability to maintain performance and productivity during overnight hours.
