Job Summary:

The Customer Service Assistant will serve as the frontline representative of the company, handling customer inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, and after-sales support. Similar to the telecommunications industry, the role ensures a smooth customer experience by providing accurate information, timely resolutions, and professional service across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to solar services and billing.
  • Handle customer requests such as account updates, service activations, and troubleshooting coordination.
  • Provide product and service information, including solar system usage, maintenance schedules, and warranty coverage.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for on-site support and service restoration when needed.
  • Process payments, collections, and billing adjustments accurately.
  • Record and monitor customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-ups.
  • Educate customers on energy efficiency practices and solar product features.
  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Support company initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (telecom or utilities industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with potential field exposure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
