Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of trainers and managing various aspects of the training process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a team of trainers, including tasks such as resource planning, career planning, performance management, attrition management etc.
  • Coach and help develop team members, helping bridge knowledge gaps and overcome skill and will issues.
  • Conduct competency-based interviewing when hiring resources.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration with peers and the broader leadership team.
  • Raise standards in alignment with business goals by demonstrating strong operational awareness.
  • Demonstrate initiative to ensure continuous focus on improving departmental and corporate processes, procedures, workflows, and work environment.
  • Lead teams through changes - familiarize the team with the latest process updates and changes.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to present oneself as positive, polite, and professional.

Technical Skills

  • Experience in managing trainers.
  • Effectively handle client escalations and formulate actions to resolve any concerns.
  • Technical functional knowledge – advanced technology savviness and adept in adapting to any changes in tools and processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate from any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in training team lead or assistant training manager position from a BPO or BPM company.
  • Able to work on night shifts.
  • Able to work on onsite setups.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
