Key Responsibilities:

    • Create engaging content, including video production, editing, and repurposing using AI tools.
    • Utilize AI-powered enhancements to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Project Management
    • Organize workflows, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools.
    • Build and manage scalable systems to ensure task execution with precision.
    • Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and coaching program funnels from top-of-funnel engagement to conversion.
  • Marketing Strategy
    • Set up and manage lead funnels to convert prospects into clients.
    • Support email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and CRM management.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies to improve growth.
  • AI-Driven Efficiency
    • Act as the AI power user on the team: identify, test, and implement best AI tools for content creation, editing, automation, and client engagement.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools to improve efficiency and output.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in marketing, social media, or growth roles, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and marketing campaigns with measurable results. They should also be proficient in AI tools, familiar with funnel-building platforms, and have experience working with coaching, education, or influencer-driven brands.
