We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to help deliver an enterprise software platform used in Europe and Asia Pacific. You will work with distributed teams across regions, develop test plans, ensure QA best practices, and support successful platform deployment.

Responsibilities

QA & Development

  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution.
  • Ensure QA standards and best practices are followed.
  • Guide QA teams on test strategies and approaches.
  • Create and execute test scenarios with the test team.
  • Log and manage issues in Azure DevOps.
  • Promote and implement test automation to improve efficiency.

Governance & Delivery

  • Ensure compliance with Aon's standard processes and security requirements.
  • Coordinate with the security team on compliance and issues.
  • Support teams by providing tools and training.

Team Management

  • Assign QA tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress.
  • Mentor and coach team members in QA best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test planning, scripting, and reporting.
  • Experience in defect tracking and managing defect triage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English; French/Dutch/German a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience mentoring QA teams and promoting quality practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in large enterprise teams and agile sprints.
  • Background in the insurance sector.
  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration and influence skills.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php100, Php140,000.00 per month
