Financial Operations Leader

The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive responsible for leading the finance function across multiple jurisdictions. They will oversee the efficient and accurate preparation of financial and management accounts, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and drive strategic planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily finance operations: Accounts Payable, General Ledger, payroll, treasury, audits, and more
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regional tax regulations
- Drive financial reporting, variance analysis, and strategic forecasting to inform business decisions
- Manage annual audits and risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization's assets
- Supervise and develop finance staff across multiple jurisdictions to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- CPA or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accountancy, or related field
- Proven experience managing finance functions across HK-ASEAN markets
- Strong background in auditing, risk, and compliance
- Exceptional leadership and remote team management skills
- Deep understanding of regional accounting and tax regulations
- Skilled in financial modeling, analysis, and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in the service industry is an advantage
