
Leading Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer support professional to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
This opportunity involves working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be handling customer inquiries via multiple channels, including in-app live chat, phone, and email.
You will be required to think critically and proactively to solve complex problems, taking ownership of issues from start to finish. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely resolutions.
Able to combine human empathy with effective use of technology and automation, this role requires a proactive and positive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Provide outstanding customer experiences via in-app live chat, phone, and email.
- Problem-Solving: Think critically and proactively to solve complex problems, taking ownership of issues from start to finish.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely resolutions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Document all customer interactions and resolutions in Zendesk to maintain a clear record.
- Feedback Loop: Provide clear, actionable feedback to the support team and leadership to help improve processes and prevent future complaints.
- Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Emotional Intelligence and Empathy: Able to understand and respond to customer needs and concerns.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Zendesk and Telephony System Proficiency: Experience with Zendesk and modern telephony systems is required.
