GHL Systems Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Merchant Application Processor to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and evaluating merchant applications, verifying business documents, and performing data entry tasks.
  • The successful applicant will also communicate with external customers, collaborate with internal teams, and undertake administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate merchant applications against GHL's credit guidelines.
  2. Verify business documents, including IDs, Certificates of Registration, and other relevant requirements.
  3. Perform data entry to input merchant information into the GHL system.
  4. Communicate with external customers, including banks.
  5. Collaborate with internal customers, such as Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
  6. Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the merchant acquiring business is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Capability to multitask and work independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
