The Role:
  • Drive overall strategy and business direction for the Cards Business, ensuring profitable growth and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Manage a high-performing team comprising Product Managers, Product Owners, and Supply Chain members, fostering an agile work environment and promoting effective collaboration.
  • Set up the Cards Business for success by identifying cost optimization strategies and implementing them to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to set strategy, plan, and budget for Cards, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with the Customer team to develop go-to-market programs and communication strategies that drive key metrics for the Cards Business.
  • Represent the Cards Business in various forums and meetings initiated by card schemes, banks, and third-party providers.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of Cards Business plans, focusing on acquisition and usage growth for the entire cards portfolio.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive user engagement and retention.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other business units to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and profitability in a similar role or function.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and developing future leaders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong product management skills, with the ability to design and launch successful products and features.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in cards and payments.
