Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative at TCS, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initial Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and suggest relevant services.
  2. Account Management: Record and update customer account information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  3. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints by analyzing the issue, selecting the most effective solution, and escalating if necessary.
  4. Financial Transactions: Process customer adjustments and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies.
  5. Knowledge Sharing: Recommend products or services to management based on customer needs and preferences.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze customer reports to inform business decisions.
  7. Team Collaboration: Contribute to team objectives by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  2. Adaptability: Be easily trainable and willing to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  3. Basic Computer Navigation: Demonstrate basic knowledge of computer navigation and software applications.
  4. Shift Work: Be amenable to working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  5. Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree or have completed 2 years of college with no outstanding subjects, accompanied by relevant BPO experience.
  6. TSR Experience: Possess prior TSR experience, which is considered an asset.
