Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social media advertising specialist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through Facebook ads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough research on target audiences and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within an agency specializing in Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and/or paid social roles.
  • Strong passion for social media advertising and a solid understanding of the latest trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Facebook Business Manager and expertise in implementing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns with Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Able to create diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and understand the use of the Facebook pixel.
