Technical Assistance Specialist

The goal of this position is to provide exceptional technical assistance to customers via various communication channels.
This role requires a strong command of the English language, experience working in call centers, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to inbound technical support requests from customers.
- Diligently diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to resolve customer concerns.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures to deliver accurate and effective assistance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Prior experience working in call centers is highly valued.
- Successful candidates should have experience working from home.
- Excellent typing skills and accuracy are essential for this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively communicate with customers.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Candidates must be willing to undergo a background investigation and submit to a fingerprint check.
- Candidates must be willing to undergo drug screening.
